of supplying our fantastic meat to the award-winning Renaissance Pubs, a leading group of
gastropubs based in South London. Visit any one of
their venues, which include new opening The Rosendale in West Dulwich, The Avalon, The Stonhouse
and the Abbeville in Clapham, The Bolingbroke in Battersea as
well as The Tommyfield in Kennington, and enjoy
dishes such as roast Locks Drove chicken with all the trimmings, pigs head terrine
or crispy pork belly. We personally rear their own flock of chickens as well as a herd of Gloucester Old Spot and Saddleback Cross pigs, ensuring they have the very best free-range lives and the highest welfare standards....ever. The owners of
Renaissance Pubs, school friends Mark Reynolds, Nick Fox and Tom Peake plus their team of
talented chefs and managers, are fully involved in the upkeep of the animals and are
regulars at the Farm. Provenance and sustainability is incredibly important to them, as is
nose-to-tail eating, so we provide the entire animal to them in order that they can use
every part of it in as many dishes as possible. Next time
